1. General Terms
Welcome to 7000bey. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 7000bey ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all services provided through the 7000bey website and any associated mobile or web applications.
By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of 7000bey — including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and the cashier — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of 7000bey is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times when using the Platform:
- You must be 18 years of age or older. 7000bey does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, play, or make any financial transaction on the Platform, under any circumstances.
- You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law as it applies to you personally.
- You must be acting on your own behalf, as an individual, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
- You must not have previously been self-excluded from 7000bey or any affiliated platform.
- You must not be listed on any responsible gaming self-exclusion register or database that applies to you.
By registering an account on 7000bey, you expressly warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To access the full features of 7000bey — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a personal account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account management on the Platform.
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on 7000bey. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended, winnings forfeited, and balances withheld pending investigation.
3.2 Accurate Registration Information
You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and any other details requested. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and must promptly update your details if any information changes.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
7000bey operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. We may request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any point — including before processing your first withdrawal, when a withdrawal exceeds a threshold amount, or if we have grounds to believe that account information may be inaccurate. Acceptable documents include national identity cards, passports, driving licences, and recent utility bills or bank statements. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.
3.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must immediately notify our support team if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. 7000bey will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 7000bey are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
4.1 Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day depending on your payment method and account status.
- Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the mobile money network.
- Bank card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may be subject to standard bank processing times of up to one business day.
- 7000bey does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.
- Deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to source.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, as part of our anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, and per calendar month depending on account tier and verification status.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few hours during standard business hours (08:00–00:00 BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available working day.
- 7000bey reserves the right to carry out additional KYC verification checks before processing any withdrawal, in particular for first-time withdrawals or high-value requests.
- Any bonuses or promotional funds credited to your account are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted — see Section 5.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
7000bey offers a variety of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, IPL, and BPL cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms that accompany each individual promotion.
- Bonuses are only available to players who have fully completed the account registration and age verification process.
- Each player is entitled to claim each type of welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times using multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms for each offer.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated pending wagering requirements will expire at the end of the validity period without compensation.
- 7000bey reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including retroactively in cases of suspected abuse, technical error, or fraudulent exploitation.
- Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder. Transferring bonus funds to another account is strictly prohibited.
Specific terms for each active promotion — including the qualifying deposit amount, minimum odds, eligible games, wagering multiplier, and maximum bonus cap — are published on the promotions page associated with each offer. Players are advised to read all promotion-specific terms carefully before opting in to any offer.
6. User Obligations
By using 7000bey, you undertake to comply with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or reporting to relevant authorities.
- You will use the Platform solely for lawful recreational gambling purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or syndicated betting purpose unless expressly authorised in writing by 7000bey.
- You will not use any automated software, bots, scrapers, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other non-human means to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- You will not attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, system errors, or pricing mistakes in any betting market. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software or pricing error are void and will be reversed.
- You will not collude with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market.
- You will not engage in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game.
- You will maintain accurate and current account registration details and will promptly complete any KYC verification requests made by 7000bey.
- You will promptly report to our support team any security vulnerability, pricing error, or software bug that you discover on the Platform. Exploiting rather than reporting such issues is a breach of these Terms.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7000bey. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and may result in legal action.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting any personal information during registration or KYC verification.
- Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access, probe, or compromise the security infrastructure of the Platform, including servers, databases, APIs, or user accounts belonging to other players.
- Chargeback Abuse: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback through your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for gambling purposes. Chargebacks will be vigorously disputed and may result in debt recovery proceedings.
- Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, or any other method designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine gambling intent.
- Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or extract funds derived from illegal activities. 7000bey has a zero-tolerance policy for money laundering and will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in any related investigation.
- Underage Gambling: Registering, accessing, or using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating the use of the Platform by a person under 18.
- Harassment: Using the Platform's communication features (live chat, support channels) to harass, threaten, or abuse staff or other players.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
7000bey reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Specific circumstances that may trigger account suspension or closure include:
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
- Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
- Provision of false or misleading personal information during registration or at any other point.
- Breach of any other provision of these Terms.
8.1 Self-Requested Account Closure
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email at support@7000bey. Upon receipt of a closure request, we will process it within 48 hours. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method after completion of standard verification checks, provided the balance did not originate from bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion is a permanent measure that closes your account and prevents re-registration. To activate self-exclusion, contact our support team and clearly state your intention to self-exclude. We will action your request promptly. 9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7000bey, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or connected to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, regardless of whether such outcomes resulted from Platform error or player decision.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its services, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
- Technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or data transmission errors that affect your ability to place bets or access your account.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Any reliance on information, odds, statistics, or data provided on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7000bey makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or its content.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 7000bey operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
10.1 Complaints Process
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 7000bey service, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing support@7000bey. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through this process, you may escalate the matter through applicable dispute resolution channels.
10.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
10.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7000bey with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
